Eligibility for Returns

Products are eligible for return only under the following conditions:

* You received the wrong product.
* The product bottle or tube is broken or damaged during transit.

Return Request Requirements

To process your return request, please ensure:

* You raise a return request *within 24 hours of delivery*.
* You provide *clear photographs* of the product received, including:

  * Outer packaging
  * Inner packaging
  * Damaged or incorrect product (highlighting the issue clearly)

How to Request a Return

2. Include your order number, photos, and a brief description of the issue.
3. Our team will review your request and respond within 2 working days.

Return Process

* Once your request is approved, we will initiate a return pickup.
* The return process will be completed within 7 business days of approval.
* Upon verification, we will either ship the correct replacement product or issue store credit/refund as deemed appropriate.

Important Notes

* Final decision on return eligibility rests solely with Vitanix Consumer Pvt Ltd after reviewing submitted evidence.
* Returns will not be accepted for reasons such as personal dislike of texture, or perceived effectiveness.
* No returns are accepted after the 24-hour window post-delivery.
