What you can ask us to do
- Access a summary of the personal data we hold about you and who we have shared it with
- Correct or update inaccurate or incomplete data
- Erase your data, where it is no longer needed and we are not required by law to keep it
- Withdraw consent for marketing, cookies or WhatsApp messages at any time
- Nominate another person to exercise your rights if you die or become unable to do so
How to make a request
Email support@blameless.in from the email address linked to your account, with the subject line "Data Request". Tell us which right you want to use. To protect you, we may ask for your registered email, phone number or an order number to confirm it is you. We will reply within 30 days.
To change your cookie choices, use Cookie settings in the footer. To stop marketing emails, click Unsubscribe in any email, or reply STOP to a WhatsApp message.

We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within 90 days at most. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
